PLAY IQ
What it measures: Football intelligence, ability to read defenses, adjustments pre- and post-snap, situational awareness
TECHNIQUE
What it measures: Position-specific fundamentals, footwork, body control, leverage, consistency of execution, alignment to coaching technique
PHYSICALITY
What it measures: Strength and explosiveness, ability to win through contact, power at point of attack, physical durability and competitiveness
ATHLETICISM
What it measures: Speed (top-end and game speed), agility and fluid movement, acceleration and foot quickness, ability to create separation or close space
FINISH/EFFORT
What it measures: Motor and hustle, competitiveness and will to win, playing through the whistle, effort on every play, leadership and energy
