My Story
My name is Charles Bradley, and Film2Field was built to bridge a gap—providing the kind of individualized, coach-level feedback that many athletes never receive. My goal is simple: help players improve faster, play smarter, and unlock their potential through high-quality film analysis and grading.
I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pa and played at Penn Hills High School before continuing my football journey into college. My greatest advantage in the game was analyzing film and finding patterns in technique, scheme, or tendencies to give me a competitive edge on the field. For the last decade, I've shared these advantages as a positional coach, special teams coordinator, and offensive coordinator—winning a championship and developing athletes through detailed, honest, and strategic film breakdowns. I was able to contribute to the growth of several collegiate athletes and want to share those opportunities with as many players as possible. On higher levels of competition, teams have the resources, time, and manpower to individually grade every rep of their players, critiquing the nuances of fundamentals and skills that lead to players practicing and performing more consistently on the field. FIlm2Field provides access to any player seeking to accelerate their performance physically and mentally.

Off the field I am an elementary school teacher with a Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Slippery Rock University and Point Park University. Most importantly, I’m a devoted son, brother, uncle and husband to my supportive wife, Renee, and a proud dad to our two-year-old son.
